Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Ossett Surgery Leadership Team, you
will be expected to demonstrate excellent management and leadership qualities. The successful candidate will also have the
ability to identify and implement the surgerys objectives using a combination
of personal involvement, motivation of other staff and delegation when
appropriate.
The post is tasked with assessing organisational
performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that
improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency. This is an exciting
opportunity for someone with considerable experience of Business Management-
ideally within a Primary Care Organisation.
This role requires financial, operational and strategic
input, so we are seeking someone with high levels of financial acumen, business
planning, budget setting and operational resource management. Previous
successful line management is essential.
Candidates are expected to bring strong interpersonal
skills.
The Partners require the successful candidate to be
proactive and plan for the future, maximising the practices potential in
relation to business, finance, premises and collaborative relationships, whilst
maintaining and improving patient care.
