As a vital member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our Clinical Director, driving our dedicated clinical services teams to new heights. Not only will you be an integral part of our Senior Leadership Team, but you'll also have the opportunity to represent our expanding range of clinical services at board level, directly influencing our strategic direction.

Main duties of the job
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dynamic leader with a demonstrable history of senior-level operational management, including successfully implementing new services, adept financial management, and effective staff leadership. A solid understanding of the NHS and general practice landscape is crucial, as you'll be overseeing the delivery of high-quality, innovative clinical services on behalf of general practice across Wakefield.
- Serve as the designated CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and championing service quality and patient safety. Previous experience of carrying out such a role is not essential, but you will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of the associated responsibilities.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across the Wakefield system, with a keen awareness of urgent and emergency care priorities, winter pressures, and Enhanced Access initiatives.
- Lead by example, embodying our commitment to flexibility and excellence by participating in an on-call rota and maintaining a visible presence across various sites in the Wakefield District. The services you will be responsible for are open evenings & weekends/ bank holidays which will require a flexible approach to working hours,
