Conexus Healthcare CIC are looking for a PCN Business
Manager to lead the established team at
West Wakefield PCN.

This is a compelling opportunity to use your management
and leadership expertise to facilitate the strategic growth of the PCN and
deliver services in line with the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service specification
(DES) that meet the needs of our population and improves care for our 68,000
patients.
Main duties of the job
Your role will be to lead and manage all aspects of
the PCNs business, including management of the PCN budget, ARRS staff and
contracts.
As part of the West Wakefield PCN team, you will be
involved in supporting our General Practices to develop ideas, formulate plans
and evaluate activities that meet our contractual requirements and improve care
for our patients, working closely with colleagues from the ICB and other neighbouring
PCNs.
To thrive in this role, youll need to have experience
in managing and leading a team, the ability to negotiate and influence and the
determination to successfully manage a number of relationships and competing
priorities in a challenging and complex environment.
Youll really stand out if you have previous
experience of managing a PCN or other team in a Primary Care or General
Practice role.

West Wakefield is a Primary Care Network
of 5 practices Chapelthorpe Medical Centre, Middletown Medical Centre, Orchard
Croft Medical Centre, Ossett Health Centre and Lupset Health Centre. We are a team of forward-thinking General
Practices covering circa 68,000 patients in the West Wakefield area.
Our aim is to create a diverse team that supports
one another, has opportunities to share learning and engages in professional
development, while being integrated into the practices. The successful
applicant will work closely with the existing clinical and non-clinical teams
to deliver excellent patient care working collaboratively with colleagues.
