In this new role you will be bringing
expertise and capacity to support the systems and processes that underpin our
reputation for, and leadership of, quality in Primary Care. Working flexibly up to full time (min 25 hrs/week) you will:
Oversee complaints, incident & risk management across the
organisation.
Design, develop and work with quality assurance processes, including
clinical governance and Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance.
Oversee the ongoing development of the organisations clinical
governance and business risk management arrangements.
Track trends in risks, complaints and compliments
to embed learning.
Operate as the Conexus Freedom to Speak up Guardian and provide a high
quality and accessible Speak up Service to local General Practices.

A diligent

- Experience of successfully developing and implementing processes for overseeing compliance.
- Able to write policies and procedures to meet high delivery standards and ensure ease of adoption and compliance across a range of staff groups.
- Experience of working across a range of clinical and non-clinical services with competing priorities and synthesising data from multiple sources to create a clear overarching picture of compliance performance.
- Significant success in developing and implementing systems for internal reporting including information trackers and performance reports,
- Significant success through collaboration with peers, colleagues, external agencies and third parties.
- Has been closely involved in CQC compliance activity in a multi-service healthcare environment.
Desirable
- Experience within a General Practice, GP Federation or Primary Care Network.

- Degree level qualification in health service governance or other area of direct relevance to the role.
