Job summary

The Performance & Improvement Administrator will develop professional working relationships with members of Conexus Healthcare Ltd and external stakeholders to deliver services, administer projects and create performance information.

The post holder will:

Work as part of a team to support practices to engage in important research activities by establishing relationships with practices, assisting sign up processes, creating clinical system resources and supporting practices to complete their activities.

Work across the organisation to develop and implement systems for collecting data to measure performance and outcomes of services and relevant projects. Providing reports for the organisations boards and teams, under the supervision and instruction of the management team and where necessary with the support of the General Manager.

Performance Administration

Develop and implement systems for collecting data to measure performance and outcomes of services and relevant projects.

Create monthly & quarterly reports for the organisations board, committees and teams, under the supervision and instruction of the management team and where necessary with the support of the General Manager.

Engagement and Practice Liaison

Facilitate communication between practices and Conexus to ensure the organisation maintains a good understanding of how to support general practice most effectively and provide a feedback route for the practices to influence future service development.

Project Administration

Lead on selected workstreams and implement agreed actions within selected projects.

Maintain and manage projects making sure that all tasks are being identified, managed and that actions are dealt with on time to meet project milestones and maintain smooth running of projects.

About us

Conexus Healthcare is the Wakefield GP Confederation, incorporated in May 2017 we have three aims:

  1. Delivery of Primary care Services at Scale across the Wakefield District: The confederation develops, manages and delivers primary care-based contracts.
  2. Delivery of Consultation and Training across the United Kingdom: We design and deliver a range of accredited training courses.
  3. Representing the interests of General Practice in Wakefield: We support general practices in Wakefield operating as formal forum to develop a unified voice for General Practice in emerging new models of care.

You are normally required to work at Sandal Castle Medical Centre. However, due to the National Covid-19 pandemic, and social distancing arrangements, if as a Company we are unable to implement these requirements to enable all staff to work from this office, you may also be asked to work from home for part or for all of your contracted hours.

Performance Administration

Produce business performance reports in a consistent and professional format.

Create and present information reports in internal and external meetings.

Co-ordinate the process for updating, validating and monitoring a range of data sets derived from multiple sources and systems across the business.

Provide timely data and performance reports to the commissioners and stakeholders of the service.

Record and analyse data and feed insights to internal relationships within the Conexus Healthcare team for evaluation and improvement of services.

Providing routine information reports and analysis to all teams.

Whilst conducting reporting, identifying and investigating any anomalies in data to improve data quality.

Maintain complete confidentiality of sensitive information relating to patients, students and other members of staff in line with Caldicott and data protection principles.

Providing reporting services to external agencies to agreed quality and timescales.
