Job summary

We need to maximise our revenue channels and deliver significant organisational changes as we continue to drive our growth, all whilst maintaining our quality of service to our patients and compliance with our regulators.

As a Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will report to the Operations Manager & Practice Manager to deliver an efficient service to the clinic's patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

1- Support continuing quality improvement activities

2- Deliver our compliance obligations

3- Deliver safe and effective care to all registered patients

4- Raise any safeguarding concerns that you may come across

5- To support management in achieving QOF and other ES.
