Job summary

Situated 3 miles from the city centre, we are a training practice for Central and South GP and the University of Manchester medical students. We have a growing list size of 8,700 patients.

We are looking for:

• An enthusiastic caring GP

• Available to work all day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Main duties of the job

The main duties are delivering primary care services to our registered patients over 3 days a week.

2 Surgeries a day, 15 minute appointments using the appointment system within Emis web. Receiving hospital letters through the Docman 10 system and signing off prescriptions when needed. You will be responsible for test results and reporting to the patients via your own allocated receptionist. We are a very low visiting practice.
