career progression, within a friendly, diverse and supportive team.
If you are looking for
a more practical and hands-on role, we are the surgery for you!

Pharmacist team with roles for AfC Band 7 equivalent and
Band 8a equivalent roles (Band 8a equivalent for an Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner with previous
General Practice experience, independent prescribing and further specialist

Main duties of the job
As detailed above, we are looking to grow and develop our Clinical Pharmacy team, and invite applications from pharmacists at varying points in their careers, whether you are new to Primary Care or an experienced General Practice Clinical Pharmacist.
The role will include direct patient contact with assessment and
advice on newly presenting conditions and chronic disease management, clinical medication reviews, leadership on medicines optimisation and clinical audit, discharge
medication reviews and supporting patients with complex polypharmacy. The
Clinical Pharmacist will provide expert clinical
medicines advice to both patients and staff within the practice.
