federation which includes the 4 rural practices in North Ceredigion. We manage
the administrative hub for note summarising and clinical coding for the

opportunities locally to pursue a variety of out-door activities and

facilities and many good pubs and restaurants.
Main duties of the job

existing primary care team to deliver General Medical Services to the
population of Borth and the surrounding area both in the GP surgery and on home
visits. There will be the opportunity to develop an area of specialist interest
