Job summary
We are looking to employ a hard-working, self motivated individual as assistant practice manager to support the practice manager in the day to day running of the practice.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will include
- Take responsibility for the management of the reception/administration and secretarial staff.
- Ensure all claims are made in an effective and efficient manner
- Maintain clinical services and appointment systems
- Manage all aspects of patient information
- Provide appropriate assistance to the Practice Manager in all day-to- day activities and duties.
- Support the Practice Manager in meeting the requirements of all regulatory bodies.
