are looking to recruit a salaried GP to join our growing multi-disciplinary
team. The post can be tailored to the individual regarding the site and
sessions desired.
The
Ridings Medical Group is growing and now looks after 45,000 patients. We
operate across five sites giving us flexible working and a strong, diverse,

Job responsibilities
Morning/Evening surgery.
Acute GP - Acute tasks and
clinical assessments as from tasks.
Patient enquiries/Tasks - as
per relevant patient notes and if appropriate as usual GP/acute GP or
appropriate as previously dealing with clinical issue.
Dictation for referrals - as
necessary from patient contacts.
Electronic post and results
-Allocated and evenly distributed between available GP’s.
Patient visits – two as a
maximum for salaried GPs.
Dispensary - Tasks as per
usual GP/acute GP if usual GP not available/or clinically
appropriate. Sign scripts in dispensary.
Informal post surgery
discussion – Encouraged and as needed with any relevant colleague.
Meetings: Significant Event
Meetings, educational meetings, Salaried GP meets and social events. Clinical
meetings option of remotely via MS Teams.
Medication Reviews.
Usual GP list: Salaried GP has
half the list of a Partner.
Extended Hours/IA sessions.
