Job summary
The Olive Family Practicecurrently have a vacancy for a part-time receptionist/ admin assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and positive individual who will strive to deliver a high standard of service to patients and the public in an efficient and courteous manner. The ideal candidate must be a team player and ideally has experience in previously working with the public.
Main duties of the job
Having a professional and courteous manner, you will be dealing with the public and other organisations both within the NHS and beyond on a daily basis by telephone or in person. You are expected to be aware of and adhere to strict patient confidentiality. We are looking for someone with an excellent track record in; written and communication skills, computer skills, telephone and message taking skills, organisational skills and be able to work well in a team or on your own using your initiative.
About us
We are a GP Practice based in Pikes Lane Health Centre
We currently have 3 GPs, 1 Practice Manager,1 Practice Nurses, 1 Health Care Assistant,5 Receptionists, 1 Health Improvement Practitioner (H.I.P.), 1 Mental Health practitioner, 1 MSK Practitioner and3 Pharmacists and together we make a great team.
We have a list size of 4,600 patients
