Job summary

The Range Medical Centre is looking for an ANP/ACP to join the team. The role will include the ability to see undifferentiated patients leading to clinical diagnosis and management.

Main duties of the job

Working as an independent prescriber with the ability to diagnose and treat patients of all ages presenting with both acute problems and chronic diseases.

The candidate will have the ability to prioritise and triage the needs of patients and make any necessary referrals for investigations as required.

The Range Medical Centre is a GMS practice with a list size of 9000 patients based in Whalley Range Manchester. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our team.

The role will work autonomously within ones own profession standards of practice providing acute care for all patients. The role will include the need to provide care from initial contact, through clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation.

The candidate will need to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. They will need to be able to work collaboratively within the practice team to meet the needs of patients and support the delivery of policies and procedures.
