Job summary
Here is an
opportunity to join a thriving and friendly practice team based in a beautiful
area of the country, close to the Surrey Hills and just south of Guildford. We
are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic and caring GP who shares our practice values to join our partnership, working 6 sessions
per week.
We have been a
training practice for over 25 years and an ethos of education and training runs
throughout the practice. We have an Outstanding rating from the CQC and our
latest Patient Survey result showed that 93% of patients said that their
overall experience at Binscombe was good.
We have a list size
of 11 400, which equates to an average list for each doctor of under 200 for
each session worked; we anticipate an incoming partner would start with a
reduced list size. The partners have an excellent and rewarding relationship
with Shooting Star Chase Childrens Hospice, for which we provide a daily visit and out of hours cover.
Interviews planned for Wednesday 22nd May
Main duties of the job
As
a GP partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality,
patient-centred care to our community. You will have the opportunity to
contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, collaborate with fellow
partners and staff, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
About us
The successful candidate will be joining a strong, cohesive team of 7 partners (including one Nurse Partner) as well as 4 salaried GPs, Physician Associate, Pharmacist, First Contact Physiotherapist and a full nursing team, supported by an experienced reception and admin team. We enjoy each others company and place a high value on meeting together daily for mid-morning coffee, as well as regularly meeting informally over lunchtime.
