Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Cirencester and Lechlade practices for a Diabetic Nurse to join our friendly team. This is a new post that has been created to support our patients.

This is a part time position ideally worked over 2 days per week, however we will be flexible for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects in the management of our Diabetic patients. This will include reviewing bloods, health education, insulin initiation, monitoring medication and adjusting doses where required.

This role will be key to working alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, must have current NMC registration.
  • Specialised training, certification in the care and management of Diabetic patients.
