Main Purpose of Job
To support the Superintendent pharmacist and Pharmacy manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the Pharmacy.
This role reports to the Superintendent Pharmacist, and has a key role working closely with all staff (clinical and non-clinical) across the Health Centre, as follows:
- Liaising with all Pharmacy Staff in particular the Pharmacy Manager and Superintendent Pharmacist to ensure day to day safe running of the Pharmacy
- Liaising with the Superintendent Pharmacist to ensure implementation of the long-term business goals.
- Working with Partners and the Management Team
- Interacting with partner agencies and external organisations as required
- Maintaining good working relationships with e.g. nursing team, GPs
- Supporting all members of the Health Care Team with all aspects of information regarding medications.

- Dispensing Technicians
- Dispensary Assistants
- Counter Assistant
