Job summary
South View Partnership is looking to
recruit a Practice Nurse to join our Nursing Team of two Practice Nurses and a
HCA. located in central Bromley. Our busy GP practice has 6 GP clinic rooms and
two Nurse treatment rooms. We would love to hear from you if you are an
experienced PN looking for a new role in a friendly and supportive practice.
We are look forward to welcoming a part time PN to work 20 hours across 3 days.
Main duties of the job
As part of our busy and friendly team you will be supported
in delivering a high level of care including immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, chronic disease management and general clinic room duties.

Essential
- 1) Minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English language or literature and a science subject.
- 2) Two A levels or equivalent level 3 qualifications, such as a T level or BTEC.
- 3) A degree in nursing (registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council) in one of the four nursing specialisms: adult, children, mental health, or learning disability.
- 4) Qualified General Practice Nurse (GPN)
- 5) Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD & asthma)
