Job summary
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has
arisen for an organised, proactive, and resilient Human Resources Administrator
to join our Outstanding rated CQC Practice. You
will become a valued part of our established Management Support Team, working
closely with the HR Manager to deliver high quality administrative support to
the Practice, across all HR functions.
You
must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Main duties of the job
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining
and updating employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy
and confidentiality. Assisting in recruitment processes,
including posting job adverts, coordinating and participating in interview
panels, and preparing onboarding documentation. You will coordinate
onboarding and offboarding processes for GP Partners and employees, including
delivering inductions and conducting exit interviews where appropriate.

- 7 Clinical/Nurse Practitioners assisting with acute patient care
- Practice Paramedics undertaking home visits
- Clinical Pharmacists managing medication related queries

- Experienced Management Team (including Practice, HR, Business and Financial, Estates, Operations and Appointments)

Job description
Job responsibilities
- To provide day to day administrative support to the HR Manager across all
HR functions.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel
files in line with GDPR and company policy
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts,
scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documentation.
- Participate in interview panels for entry-level and support positions
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for Partners and
employees, including inductions and exit interviews where appropriate
- Support HR related internal communications such as employee
announcements and policy updates
- Prepare standard HR documents such as contracts, letters of employment
and reference requests.
- Support with monitoring of compliance-related activities (eg right to
work checks, DBS checks, vaccination status etc)
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees, escalating complex
issues to the HR Manager as appropriate.
- Liaise with Managers and Team Leaders regarding any information on
Occupational Health Reports that require action eg workplace assessments
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies on issues
such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities,
disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Conduct exit interviews on GPs and staff that are leaving the
organisation
- Co-ordinate meetings, hearings, mediations as required including the
preparation, minuting and distribution of documentation
- Support the Management Team with collation of data for projects
- Help design staff questionnaires to gather feedback from employees on
their work experience and coordinate responses and actions
- Monitor the policy schedule to ensure all are reviewed on a regular
basis

job description but are commensurate with the grade and duties and which may
arise from time to time
