Job overview

We are looking for a receptionist to join a busy GP surgery located in Gloucester. This is a part-time position covering the following shifts approx 20hrs:

  • Monday: 08.30 to 13.30 at Chelt Rd
  • Thursday: 08.30 to 19.00 at Chelt Rd
  • Friday: 14:00 to 18:30 at Highnam

The successful candidate will also be expected to attend practice meetings and training events, and must be flexible to cover holidays / sickness.

Good telephone manner is essential and good computer skills are preferred, however training will be provided.

The successful candidate will need to follow a strict confidentiality policy.

Please note that applicants cannot currently be a registered patient of The Alney Practice.
