Job summary
Concord Medical Centre are looking for a keen administrator to join the team on a part-time (0.4-0.6FTE) basis! As a key member of the Administrative Teams, the candidate will support with a variety of administrative tasks across the practice, including email management, audit and report creation, SOP creation, assisting with clinician capacity planning, and general administrative tasks.

- Assist with financial administrative tasks
- Assist with clinical resource management
- Corresponding with patients, internal staff, and third parties
- Collating data and creating of reports
- Provide support to the wider administrative teams

with third party vendor requests, QOF actions, invoicing, updating records, and
month end reporting
- Assisting with clinical resource management, including
adding/amending daily schedules for GPs
- Creation of SOPs
- Corresponding with patients, internal staff, and external
colleagues to ensure patients receive the best possible care
- Collating of data for audits and creation of reports as
required by management
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider administration teams to
ensure that clinicians, referrers, and patients are responded to as effectively
as possible
- Updating of patient records
