Job summary
Ravenscroft Medical Centre is in the heart of Golders Greens serving a dynamic multicultural population of 6000 patients.
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to work17.5 hours per week.
Our clinical team consist of 5 GPs, 1 ACP, 1 Practice Nurse and other PCN clinical staff.
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to be apart of our team who is passionate, motivated, and willing to adapt to our modern general practice ethos.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to -
Optimise the use of medicines
Improve the safety and quality of prescribing
Perform specific elements of general practices clinical workload
The post holder will be an independent prescriber or working towards an independent prescribing qualification.

Ravenscroft is a medium sized practice, looking after patients from multicultural backgrounds.
Our practice works along side our PCN with supporting clinical services across the southwest of Barnet.
We are a close working team and need a Clinical Pharmacist to add to our diverse team who have been with the practice for more than 20 year +.
