Job summary
Granta Medical Practices seeks a registered nurse to join our practice nurse team, to work in a friendly, forward thinking Practice.
Previous practice nursing experience is essential. Other chronic disease management experience, family planning, travel medicine, baby immunisations, cytology and wound/ treatment room skills are desirable. Flexibility, enthusiasm and a team approach are qualities we value highly. Pay will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
Main duties of the job
The
post holder is responsible for the delivery of basic practice nursing services
care to the practice population. Supported by senior clinicians within the
practice, they will deliver care within the boundaries of their role, focusing
upon supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring of long-term conditions,
health prevention and screening activities. They will work collaboratively with
the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the
delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

We are looking for a full time Clinical Pharmacist to join us in our friendly, forward thinking and supportive Practice with 3 dispensaries and a Pharmacy. We have sites in Sawston, Linton, Barley, Shelford, Market Hill and Royston.
