Job summary
The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service and will need to have experience of undertaking reception, clerical and administrative duties as well as handling patient records preferably within a healthcare environment. A working knowledge and experience of using SystmOne will be an advantage. You will have an excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to duties and impeccable time management.

- General reception tasks
- Booking/cancelling appointments
- Answering the telephone
- Maintaining up-to-date records and data
- Liaising with patients and other members of staff
