We have a vacancy for a 5-8-session salaried GP (including 1 protected admin/development session, pro rata) and are open to the prospect of Partnership.

Main duties of the job
- To provide general medical services at Oakfields Health Group, providing services for registered patients. 15 patients per session.
- To provide high quality primary care services to the practice population as required by the Group in line with approved protocols and evidence based medical practice and guidelines.
- To manage a caseload of named doctor patients, dealing with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, always ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
- To undertake all duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
- Participate in on call rota and holiday cover.
- Protected administration time on a Thursday afternoon.

- Access to Clinical Pharmacist, PCN Mental Health Nurse (adults & CAMHS), First Contact Physio, Social Prescriber, Care Coordinator, First Contact Podiatry. Community Care Home Visiting Service and Weekend Home Visiting/Frailty Service
- Progressive approach to primary care with a willingness to support development of special interests that dovetail with the practice business plan including but not limited to GP Training, Medical Students, Long-term contraception/gynae, ENT and Palliative Care.
