Applicants must be IT literate, understand Docman 10, eRS and EMIS system, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be flexible, possesses a can do attitude and be a team player.
In addition, the post-holder will also support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the practice
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, working during our core opening hours 07:45-18:30 Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
- Processing patient administration including snomed coding, typing letters via docman10
- Dealing with new patient registrations and deductions
- Dealing with & organising the practice mailboxes
- Processing recall letters as requested
- Processing referrals using electronic referral system (ERS)
- Inputting data into the patient's healthcare records as necessary
- Carrying out system searches as requested
- Supporting clinicians/Practice Manager with general administrative tasks as requested.

We are a well-established training practice in a purpose built (newly refurbished) premises, located on the Haringey Green lanes.
The practice's aim is to provide our patients with an excellent standard of patient-centered care, with clinicians and patients jointly involved in all aspects of planning and delivering care to meet patients' health and well-being needs.
You will work with colleagues including a team of GPs, practice Nurse & Healthcare Assistant, administrative staff and a wide variety of other health professionals.
The practice is working in a hybrid model which allows the flexibility of working from home.
There is free parking available on site.
You must have your covid vaccine to join as a member of the practice.
