Job summary
To provide an accurate, timely and qualitative
dispensing service to the registered patients at the Roxton Practice. Also
dealing with queries in a professional, courteous and efficient way.
Unqualified staff must be prepared to undertake Buttercups level 2 course in
Dispensing. (equivalent to NVQ level 2)
Main duties of the job
Dispensing Medication in a timely manner
Deal with member's of the public on a daily basis ensuring professionalism at all times
Deal with queries from other teams within the practice and communicate effectively with everyone.

We are a team of qualified dispensers who work closely with each other and support each other.
Team work is definitely paramount
We have strong work ethics and provide a 48 hour turn around of dispensing
We follow Standing Operating Procedures including Practice Policies & Procedures.
We expect all staff to be pro-active in new initiatives within the dispensary.
Strict Confidentiality must be adhered to at all times regarding all staff and patient information.
