Would you like a new challenge working in a busy GP
practice, whose aim is to make a real difference to our diverse catchment
population?
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic
Practice Nurse, to work part-time (30 hours - 8.30 - 17.00 Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri). There may also be occasions you would be required to work a Saturday morning 9am to 12pm or a Monday evening until 8pm.
Our post is open to all nurses as training for professional
development and career progression is available
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible, as part of our nursing team, for the delivery of high-quality patient focussed services, including wound and ulcer care, venepuncture, adult and child immunisations, chronic disease management, health promotion and all other nurse duties.
