New socio-economic background application questions

We have made some improvements to the NHS Jobs website. A new set of application questions have been introduced to enable the recording of socio-economic background data. The ability to record the socio-economic background of the NHS Workforce will support NHS England’s workforce priorities. You can view these changes when you apply for a vacancy or in your applicant profile. The information collected will be confidential and used for statistical purposes only.
